| Description |
The villa is fully furnished and
air conditioned, and comfortably sleeps 6-8. The master
bedroom is en-suite and has a balcony which overlooks
the small lake. A double and twin bedroom share a second
bathroom. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the
living room. All linens, towels, blankets and pillows
are supplied.
 The
villa has a large family area, furnished with sofas,
coffee table, cable television, together with a VCR,
DVD and CD Player and Nintendo Gamecube with games.
Patio doors lead out to a small patio area complete
with barbecue and seating.
There is travel crib with bedding and a highchair in
the house for guests with babies.
The kitchen is fitted out with a large electric oven
and hob, microwave, amercian style fridge freezer with
ice-maker, coffee machine, toaster, blender, grill and
dishwasher. All cutlery, china, teapot, glasses and
cooking equipment are also provided.
The utility room contains an automatic washing machine
and dryer together with an iron and ironing board. There
is also a downstairs cloakroom.
There are two telephones within the villa - local calls
are FREE of charge. There is dial-up internet access
from the home and Wi-fi from the clubhouse.
 The
villa will be cleaned professionally prior to your arrival
and again after you have left. There is no maid service
during your stay but additional cleaning can be arranged
for a small
fee.
Access to the Emerald Island facilities is via a pass
code entrance gate. You will be supplied with the code
prior to your arrival.
Guests can arrange to have post delivered to them via
our management company – ideal if booking for more
than a few weeks. |
